Most Asked

Top Questions From Buyers

The five questions we hear most often from custom shops, distributors and OEM brand managers before placing the first order.

Q1 Pricing

How do I request a wholesale quote for Springer front ends?

Send us the model (Vintage Springer, Narrow, Inline Spring, Leaf Spring), target bike, quantity and finish. We reply with FOB pricing within one business day.

Q2 Sampling

Can you make a sample from my drawing before mass production?

Yes. Share 2D/3D files or a physical sample. We build a prototype for you to test-fit and ride-check before signing off on tooling.

Send Drawing
Q3 MOQ

What is your MOQ for custom bike builders?

MOQ is flexible for stocked SKUs — even single units for custom shops. Full OEM/ODM runs with dedicated tooling start from small production batches; ask for the specific part.

Q4 Confidentiality

Will my drawings and tooling be shared with competitors?

No. We sign NDAs on request, tooling stays exclusive to your brand, and we do not resell OEM-specific designs to third parties.

Q5 Fitment

How do I choose the right Springer fork geometry for my build?

Tell us the frame's neck rake, wheel size, tire clearance target and stance (stock height / +2" / +4" / +6" over). We match a Vintage, Narrow or Inline Spring configuration and confirm rake/trail before you commit.

Products & Fitment

Which Harley models do your Springer front ends fit? +

Our Springer, Narrow Springer, Vintage Springer, Inline Spring and Leaf Spring assemblies are engineered for American V-Twin frames — Softail, Sportster, Dyna and rigid custom frames. Send us your VIN or frame neck dimensions and we'll confirm compatibility and rake/trail before quoting.

How do I match fork length to my frame's rake angle? +

Provide neck rake, wheel diameter and desired ride height. We calculate trail and recommend a stock / +2" / +4" / +6" over configuration so the bike stays stable at highway speed instead of just looking right in the shop.

What welding process do you use on Springer and Leaf Spring forks? +

All structural joints on Springer legs, rockers and Leaf Spring assemblies are TIG-welded by trained welders, then dimensionally checked against a jig. Critical bushings and pivots are reamed after welding to keep geometry within spec — no flex, no wobble.

Can I mix Ape Hanger bars with your Springer front ends? +

Yes — our handlebar line is designed to pair with our forks and stock risers. Tell us the rise height (10"–16" Ape Hanger, mini, drag) and cable/wiring setup, and we'll confirm which bars work without re-routing.

What surface finishes are available? +

Standard options include gloss black powder coat, matte black, raw for painter's finish, and chrome plating on select components. Custom color and two-tone finishes are available on OEM orders.

Do Sissy Bars come with mounting hardware and pads? +

Sissy Bar kits ship with mounting brackets and fasteners as standard. Backrest pads are optional and can be spec'd in vinyl, leather-look or custom-stitched patterns for OEM orders.

OEM & ODM Customization

What's the typical OEM/ODM development flow? +

Inquiry → drawing/sample review → quote & tooling plan → prototype → your test-fit and ride verification → tooling sign-off → mass production → QC & packing → shipment. Most brand-new parts move from drawing to shippable prototype within a few weeks.

Will you sell my custom design to my competitors? +

No. NDA is signed before we receive files. Tooling built for your project is stored under your brand code and is not offered to other clients. Molds remain dedicated to the party who paid for them.

Can you laser-etch or emboss my brand logo on parts? +

Yes. Laser marking, silk-screen, cast-in logo and engraved plate options are available on forks, bars, sissy bars and fenders. Send vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) and specify placement.

What files do you need to quote a custom part? +

Ideal: STEP or IGES 3D files plus a dimensioned 2D drawing (PDF/DWG) with tolerances, material and finish. Acceptable: hand sketches or a physical sample — we'll reverse-engineer and confirm before cutting steel.

Can you build custom frames and fenders, not just fork kits? +

Yes. We produce custom frames, fenders, sissy bars and structural components alongside our fork program. Full-bike component packages for brand launches are welcomed.

MOQ & Lead Time

Do you accept small-batch orders for custom shops? +

Yes — that's our specialty. For catalog SKUs (Springer forks, bars, sissy bars), we ship as few as 1–10 units to custom bike builders. Large factories usually refuse this; we've built our business around it.

What's the lead time for stocked SKUs vs. custom orders? +

Stocked catalog parts: typically ship within a short window after payment. Custom OEM/ODM production: quoted per project based on tooling status, quantity and finishing. We confirm a firm date in the PI, not a moving target.

Can you hold buffer stock for repeat distributors? +

Yes. For distributors with a monthly forecast, we schedule rolling production and hold agreed safety stock so your replenishment orders ship in days, not weeks.

How long does prototyping take on a new OEM part? +

Depends on complexity. A revised handlebar bend is fast; a new Springer fork geometry with fresh tooling takes longer. We commit to a concrete prototype date once files are confirmed — no vague timelines.

Packaging & Shipping

How do you pack long, heavy items like Springer forks and frames? +

Each fork or frame is wrapped in protective film, foam-padded at pivots and finished surfaces, then loaded into a reinforced double-wall carton or wooden crate for sea freight. Crates are strapped and edge-protected so nothing arrives with a bent leg or scratched chrome.

Which shipping methods do you support? +

Sea freight (FCL/LCL) to US, EU, Australia and Southeast Asia is the standard for volume. Air freight and express couriers are used for prototypes, urgent replenishment or single-unit shipments to custom shops.

Can you ship to my Amazon FBA warehouse? +

Yes. We pack, label (FNSKU/UPC) and ship to FBA and 3PL warehouses. Send us the shipping plan and label file — we'll match carton dimensions and weight to FBA rules.

What if a part arrives damaged? +

Take clear photos of the outer carton and the damaged part on receipt, then email us. Verified transit damage is replaced on the next shipment or refunded — we handle the insurance claim, you don't chase the carrier.

Warranty & After-sales

Do you cover manufacturing defects? +

Yes. Weld failures, dimensional issues and finish defects that are traced to production are covered — we replace the part or refund. Damage from crash, incorrect installation or aftermarket modification is out of scope.

How fast do you respond to quality complaints? +

Initial reply within one business day. For confirmed defects, replacements are consolidated into your next scheduled shipment or air-freighted at our cost for urgent bike builds.

Can I order spare parts and consumables separately? +

Yes. Bushings, rockers, springs, hardware kits and other service parts for our fork line are stocked and shipped individually to keep your workshop moving.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept? +

T/T bank wire is our standard. PayPal and credit card are accepted on smaller orders and sample fees. L/C at sight is available for volume OEM contracts.

What are your standard payment terms? +

Typical terms: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Repeat customers with an established history can negotiate revised terms.

Are sample and tooling fees refundable? +

Sample fees are often credited back once the mass production order is placed. Tooling fees are quoted per project and their treatment (refundable / amortized / fixed) is agreed in writing before we cut the first mold.
