What is the MOQ for custom parts? +
MOQ depends on the part complexity. For standard catalog items we support small trial orders; for full OEM/ODM projects with dedicated tooling we discuss MOQ case by case. Send us your target quantity — we're flexible with builder shops and boutique brands.
How long is the sampling lead time? +
Catalog samples ship within a few working days. Custom samples from client drawings typically take 2–4 weeks depending on machining, welding and surface finish complexity. We'll give you a confirmed timeline together with the quotation.
Do you keep OEM drawings confidential? +
Yes. All client drawings, molds and tooling are treated as confidential. We do not supply the same custom parts to your competitors, and NDA agreements are available before you share files with us.
How do you pack long forks and frames for sea freight? +
Long structural parts (Springer forks, frames) are individually foam-wrapped and packed in reinforced wooden crates with internal bracing to prevent bending and finish damage. After 20+ years of exporting to the US, EU and AU, our crating spec is tuned for real-world container handling.
What is your after-sales & re-order policy? +
If any part shows a manufacturing defect, we replace it in your next order or on a standalone shipment. Long-term partners benefit from priority production scheduling and locked-in pricing for repeat SKUs.
I'm not sure which Springer fork fits my build — can you advise? +
Absolutely. Send us the base model, target rake angle and the look you're chasing (vintage, narrow, board-track etc.). Our team will recommend the correct Springer, Leaf Spring or Inline Spring option and flag any geometry considerations before you commit.
