Section 01 -- Our story

Two decades on the same bench.

We started as a small metalworking shop building front ends for local chopper builders. Today the same team runs a full production floor -- machining, welding, plating and fitment checks under one roof.

    Iron works founded

    Apes Technology opens its first workshop, producing springer front ends and handlebars for American-style custom builds.

  2. 2008

    Online worldwide

    We begin selling online, shipping fitment-confirmed parts directly to builders and repair shops across North America and Europe.

  3. 2014

    Lines expanded

    Charging-system electrics, sissy bars and Indian Chief style leaf spring assemblies join the catalog, with four in-house finishes.

  4. Today

    MotoIrons brand

    Full OEM & ODM programs for forks, frames, handlebars and fenders -- from drawing and sample to finished, packed production runs.

Everything is engineered in-house for 1940s-70s styling with modern strength, so builders and dealers can order matched parts in one finish tone instead of chasing mismatched components.

Full OEM & ODM service covers forks, frames, handlebars and fenders. Send a drawing, a 3D file or even a worn original part -- we handle tooling, sampling, surface treatment, branding and packaging.

    Tooling & sample

    Fixtures built in-house, sample sent for your fitment test.

    Batch production

    Welded, plated and inspected to the approved sample.

    Your logo, labels and cartons, then packed for export.

You are welcome to visit our factory

We believe long-term cooperation starts face to face. Come walk the floor, watch a springer being welded, inspect the plating tanks and check tolerances yourself. We will arrange pickup, translation support and a full production walkthrough.
